How Does Pricing Work?

We believe transparency is key, especially when it comes to pricing. We are experience makers, and that includes making sure our clients know exactly what they are paying for. Ask us any questions you have!

Pricing for all packages begins at $1,000 and includes:

Two bartenders

4 hours of bar service

3 hours of setup/tear down time

Menu and bar planning

Just the Bartenders

Compostable cups/napkins/straws

Standard bar supplies/ice

Additional mileage prices apply at $50/10 miles. Additional bar service is $150/hour. None of our pricing includes the cost of alcohol as it is illegal for liquid caterers to provide alcohol in the state of Washington. We are technically a dry hire. The bright side is this saves you money! And we have ways of making it seamless. Ask us about alcohol delivery!

Step 1: Choose Your Drink

Beer and Wine: This is the simplest type of bar and requires the least skill and preparation on part of the bartenders. Therefore, it is the most cost-effective option. Pricing begins at $1,000. For guest counts above 200, additional bar staff is required at $50/hour per staff member.

Full Bar: The full bar includes the basic mixers and garnishes for the most popular drinks out there. Think margaritas, classic martinis, highballs, etc. Your guests will be able to order their go-to drinks. This type of bar requires the most bartender skill and highest bartender/guest ratio. We want to wow your guests! This not only means great drinks, but fast lines. Pricing begins at $1,350. For guest counts above 100, additional bar staff is required at $70/hour per staff member. We highly recommend including at least one signature craft cocktail at $150 per menu item (requires more prep time from us) as this greatly improves the overall guest experience.

Craft Cocktail Bar: We highly recommend this option! Inspire your guests to step outside their typical whiskey soda and make them feel they are somewhere special. Our signature craft cocktails incorporate fresh herbs and spices, our own infused syrups, local ingredients and mixers. Pricing begins at $1,500. For guest counts above 120, additional bar staff is required at $60/hour per staff member. The craft cocktail bar includes two signature cocktails and additional cocktails can be added for $150 per menu item.

Zero Proof Bar: We pride ourselves in our craft mocktails and welltails (mocktails with a wellness twist!). No one should be left out of the fun! We can add non-alcoholic options to any menu or create a standalone zero proof bar perfect for public events, young adult celebrations or any health-conscious gathering. It may seem odd, but the zero proof bar is the same price as the craft cocktail bar due to an equivalent time requirement from the Rustic Unicorn team. We incorporate all the same fresh herbs and spices, infused syrups, and local ingredients as we do in our craft cocktails. Pricing begins at $1,500. For guest counts above 120, additional bar staff is required at $60/hour per staff member. The zero proof bar includes two signature mocktails and additional mocktails can be added for $150 per menu item.

Step 2: Choose Your Bar

Does your venue already have a bar? We are happy to supply skilled and fun-loving bartenders for your event. Pricing is equivalent to your choice from Step 1 above. We can bring some of our signature rustic glam decor if you would like to add some flair to your existing bar! Just let us know.

Need to add a bar? Embrace the Unicorn Elevated Bar includes our beautiful mobile bar plus bar top decor accents for $350. The bar is uniquely designed to be fully collapsible so we can bring it anywhere. Up stairs, to the beach, you name it. With enough notice, we can even create custom bar fronts to match your event! We collaborate with Graze Craze Woodinville to provide charcuterie boards, from individual charcutie cups to 500-person custom spreads. Perfect for corporate happy hour, hors d’oeuvres receptions or late-night, post dancefloor snacks. Please inquire to receive a custom quote.
